WINTER POD RESIDENCY

We are pleased to offer a 40 day residency from December 1st, 2024 through January 10th, 2025 for one group of local artists (4-6 collaborators) for interdisciplinary collaboration.

In the midst of the lockdown, we all learned new languages and ways of being. This included the idea of a pod in which we committed to building new systems of support together. Since 2020, we have seen heightened suppression of these new systems in the form of backlash, censorship and exploitation of marginalized communities, limiting the potential of the future. We aim to encourage open collaboration between underrepresented artists for whom resources have been a barrier to making work. Pods are encouraged to generate art that delves into the problems, conflicts, sources of collective joy and inspiration that touch our communities.

APPLY HERE          Due October 24th, 2024 at midnight.       â€‹
